How socially-minded do Dutch companies operate abroad?

The FNV Company Monitor investigates the activities and social behaviour of (Dutch) multinational companies in developing countries and countries in economic transition. FNV works closely with SOMO so as to guarantee the quality and coordination of this research. The research work is undertaken by local researchers and research organizations. They all use a standardized research framework which FNV Bondgenoten together with SOMO have created specially for FNV Company Monitor, based upon the fundamental conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO).
